Cliff is a co-founder of CrosStar Network Solutions. He graduated from the University of Maryland in 1990. After holding senior-level positions in private firms, Cliff became a founding member of two medical diagnostic facilities in the late 90s. In 2002, he sold one facility in a multi-million dollar deal after smoothly transitioning the private company into the public sector. In addition to being a partner in other successful businesses, he is a proud husband and father to 3 boys. He coaches his sons’ soccer and baseball teams and is an active member of his community.
